As an Employeneur specialized in Quality, you will work together with our clients around Gothenburg. Your tasks may include analyzing quality issues and deviations in products and materials, conducting root cause analyses and risk assessments, and implementing corrective measures. You may also be responsible for developing strategies and methods for testing and verification, leading improvement projects, and supplier development. The role may also involve reviewing drawings and specifications. To ensure the delivery of high-quality products, close collaboration with designers, purchasing teams, project managers, and other key stakeholders is often required.

We are looking for you who are educated as a university or civil engineer and preferably have at least 5 years of experience in quality work. We expect you to be passionate about quality work and continuous improvement. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as a consultant. We are curious about candidates who have: · at least 5 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or in establishing requirements for subcontractors in the manufacturing industry. · a minimum 3-year technical university degree, such as engineering, systems, and/or computer science. · strong language skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. · experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and PFMEA. · experience in supplier development.
