Certification Coordinator

As a
Certification Coordinator
, you will be responsible for managing certification applications, ensuring compliance with the rules and requirements associated with Intertek's various product certification marks. The role requires strong logical thinking to quickly assess and identify any deficiencies in documentation, as well as a proactive and detail-oriented approach to project administration. You'll be working with large volumes of data in internal databases and will collaborate closely with both external customers and Intertek offices across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with certification requirements
• Updating internal databases and uploading relevant documents
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding certifications, primarily via email, but also by phone
• Handling changes such as production relocations, terminations, and updates to license holders
• Sending communications to customers and following up to ensure continued compliance with regulations
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Who you are:

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, as daily communication occurs in both languages
• You have strong attention to detail, experience in administrative tasks, and enjoy organizing and structuring workflows
• You have an interest in, and preferably knowledge of, the certification of electrical products
• You are thorough, self-motivated, and thrive under pressure
