We're seeking a creative marketing professional with a strong storytelling instinct and the ability to develop innovative, out-of-the-box campaign ideas that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate the SkyShowtime brand across the Nordics. As the regional Marketing Manager for SkyShowtime you will be an integral member of the SkyShowtime Northern Europe (NEU) marketing team responsible for designing and implementing consumer campaigns to accelerate growth of the D2C streaming business. You will play a key role ensuring that the SkyShowtime D2C brand and content campaigns are brought to market on time, on brand, on budget in cross functional collaboration with all other D2C teams.
Key Responsibilities- Working as part of the wider Marketing team, reporting into Head of Marketing NEU, the Marketing Manager is responsible for best-in-class planning and execution of high performing D2C marketing campaigns in close cooperation with our other D2C marketing teams.
- Work with the NEU Marketing team and lead on regional planning for D2C campaigns of SkyShowtime and beyond.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Planning, PR, Social, and Partner Marketing teams and agencies, ensuring briefs are clear, messaging is cohesive, and campaigns and executions are seamlessly integrated as part of the overarching SkyShowtime marketing strategy, are locally relevant and impactful and measures to drive brand & content awareness.
- Writing robust briefs, briefing partners and agencies and managing marketing assets.
- Day to day management of local and international agency contacts.
- Create and present D2C marketing opportunities, ideas, campaigns and activations across the business.
- Manage the allocated campaign budgets across multiple activities.
- Establish cross functional collaboration with other D2C teams and manage workflows. between internal and external stakeholders.
- You'll be responsible for identifying, suggesting and presenting new opportunities, promotional activity ideas and concepts, for ongoing improvement of our D2C business across Nordics.
- Proven experience in streaming, media, or creative agencies, with strong knowledge of subscription-based and DTC products. SVOD and media/TV/film expertise would be highly advantageous.
- Strong experience in delivering exceptional marketing and promotional campaigns through international media agencies.
- A digitally savvy marketeer, understanding audiences and the shift towards a digital ecosystem in communications.
- Must be creative, organised, detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced international environment with constantly changing deadlines.
- Professional entrepreneurship. You start new projects with ease, have a heightened sense of responsibility and ownership, embrace new tasks as well a desire and passion to grow SkyShowtime.
- Independent, open, team player and non-hierarchical.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a must. Additional Nordic language capabilities are a plus.
