Randstad Digital söker nu en Commissioning Engineer för ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag hos en ledande leverantör inom energi- och teknikbranschen.

Du kommer att fungera som den tekniska nyckelkontakten som bygger broar mellan kunder, serviceorganisationen och de interna ingenjörs- och utvecklingsteamen. Din expertis är avgörande för att nya installationer driftsätts felfritt, att hög prestanda upprätthålls genom djupgående analys, och att alla tekniska problem löses effektivt, både på distans och på plats. Du kommer inte bara att åtgärda problem, utan även aktivt bidra till produktförbättring och hjälpa kunden att utnyttja sitt system till fullo.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som är teknisk och kundfokuserad med ett proaktivt tillvägagångssätt och en professionell attityd. Du trivs i komplexa tekniska miljöer och kommunicerar tydligt, även när du förklarar komplicerade tekniska koncept för icke-tekniska användare.

För att lyckas i denna roll måste du ha:

  • Kandidatexamen eller Masterexamen i Elektronik, Mekatronik, Automation eller motsvarande teknisk erfarenhet/utbildning
  • Bakgrund inom fysik och kemi.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av teknisk support, fältservice, driftsättning (commissioning) eller liknande teknisk roll.
  • Erfarenhet av industriella styrsystem, olika kommunikationsprotokoll och testutrustning.
  • Stark förmåga att felsöka både hård- och mjukvarusystem.
  • Kunskap om fjärråtkomst, nätverksmiljöer och cybersäkerhetsaspekter.
  • Erfarenhet av nära samarbete med kunder, helst i internationella sammanhang.
  • Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga (muntlig och skriftlig) i svenska och engelska.
  • Resor kommer förekomma i tjänsten

Ansvarsområde

  • Planera, förbereda och utföra driftsättning (commissioning) av systemlösningar hos kund, och säkerställa att installationerna uppfyller alla funktionella och tekniska specifikationer.
  • Erbjuda teknisk assistans och högnivåservice på distans (telefon, e-post, fjärråtkomst), analysera och lösa komplexa tekniska problem.
  • Utföra djupa tekniska analyser av operativ systemprestanda, identifiera och föreslå justeringar av systeminställningar eller konfiguration för kontinuerlig förbättring.
  • Teknisk dokumentation
  • Genomföra teknisk utbildning och instruktion för kundens personal under leverans eller driftsättning för att säkerställa korrekt användning och underhåll av systemet.
  • Installera och verifiera nya mjuk- eller hårdvaruversioner och implementera konfigurationsändringar baserat på produkt- eller kundkrav.
  • Samla in och rapportera värdefulla tekniska insikter från fältarbetet för att stödja intern produktdesign, användbarhet och tillförlitlighetsförbättringar.
