Job Description

We are looking for a senior Quality Assurance Lead to own the QA framework for CBT Technology Architecture. This role focuses on how quality is assured across development, integration, and platform lifecycles—not testing execution. You will act as a second line of defense, ensuring governance, risk-based controls, and alignment with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define QA governance across SDLC, integration, DVM, and platform changes

  • Establish quality safeguards: quality gates, mandatory reviews, and control points

  • Define and own the QA operating model, RACI, DoR/DoD, and assurance mechanisms

  • Introduce independent reviews, readiness assessments, and risk-based quality checks

  • Track quality KPIs, leading indicators, and provide insights to leadership

  • Ensure alignment with Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance

Qualifications

  • Senior, authoritative, and comfortable with governance

  • Strong experience in SDLC, integration, and enterprise delivery

  • Proven ability to define QA frameworks and drive assurance in complex environments
