We're looking for a
Co-Founder / Robotics Engineer
to join early and take technical ownership of our autonomy stack. You'll help shape the company's direction and product architecture from the start.

This is an
equity-based founding opportunity
, ideal for someone who wants to co-create a robotics company rather than just join one.

NOTE: This is not a paid position. compensation will be in equity, and working hours are flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of the core robotics software stack (ROS 2, Nav2, perception, control, state estimation).
  • Integrate autonomy with real-world hardware from simulation to prototype testing.
  • Design and run experiments in simulation environments (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or similar).
  • Collaborate on hardware selection, system integration, and safety architecture.
  • Contribute to product strategy, investor materials, and roadmap definition.
  • Help establish a small but world-class technical team and innovation culture.
