Senior Electrical Harness Designer – 14771

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Harness Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and development of electrical wiring harnesses for vehicle electrification initiatives, covering both schematic and 3D design
- Coordination of requirements, interfaces, and prototype builds across multiple development phases
- Preparation and planning of electrical solutions for serial production
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, workshop, production, and purchasing to ensure robust and production-ready solutions
- Review and validation of electrical designs to ensure quality, compliance, and integration with vehicle systems
- Contribution to continuous improvement of electrical design methods and ways of working
What you bring:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
- Experience in electrical system design for vehicles, preferably within VCA and/or VCB
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5, Enovia, SABER ESD, and OAS for design and review
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, structured, and resilient, with the ability to manage high workloads and complex assignments
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish
