 Production Support

As our business grows, we need to strengthen our team with a colleague for Production Support Automation as part of the Maintenance division. In this role, you will support production by troubleshooting, problem-solving, providing training, and maintaining equipment. As the company expands production, you will participate in the construction, installation, and commissioning of new automated-manual production lines.

Examples of responsibilities within your role includes:

• Performing planned and corrective maintenance to ensure high operational availability.
• Troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and initiating improvement actions.
• Documenting performed work in the maintenance system (Idus).
• Repairing tools.
• Problem-solving.
• Assisting with training related to new products, processes, and equipment.
• Representing the department in certain projects.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Relevant technical education (mechanics/automation/industrial engineering) or equivalent qualifications deemed sufficient by us.
• Several years of experience working in automated production environments.
• Proficiency in using maintenance systems.
• Strong knowledge of precision mechanics for troubleshooting and improvement work.

Meritorious qualifications that enhance your profile:

• Pneumatics – basic knowledge for corrective maintenance.
• Robots – foundational knowledge of ABB robots.
• Vision systems – experience handling Cognex systems.
• Electrical components and schematics – basic knowledge for troubleshooting.
• PLC – troubleshooting in Siemens TIA-portal systems.
• Experience with LEAN/TPM or improvement projects.

You should be someone who enjoys working with technology, particularly electronics and precision mechanics. You see problems as challenges and work proactively to prevent potential production disruptions.

You need to be fluent in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

The work is currently daytime until the end of the year, with two-shift schedules planned starting Q1 2026.
