Your role
You'll be part of a global transformation project for a leading international retailer, implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management across 30+ countries. In this role, you'll join a collaborative and energetic WFM team working with the top three solutions on the market, supporting both global and regional brands across industries. The role will also allow you to be a part of a broader HR Tech community, with opportunities to expand your skills across WFM platforms and into areas like Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Service Delivery and Document Management. Depending on your experience and career goals, you'll take on one of three roles:
Functional Consultant, Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
In this role you will play a key role in:

• Perform fit-to-standard assessments to align business needs with UKG Pro WFM capabilities
• Support fit-gap analysis
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other HR systems like Core HR or Payroll
• Depending on your experience, either configure WFM modules, drive end-to-end solution design, or define the overall solution architecture

Your profile

• At least 2 year of experience for Functional Consultant, 5 years for Functional Lead, and 8 years for Solution Architect
• Proficiency in implementing or supporting Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM for clients
• Previously participated in implementation projects, supported system upgrades and provided ongoing system support
• Experience in Timekeeping, Pay Policies, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management, Access Management, Reporting and working with clock devices
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, time capture, and payroll
• Familiar with modules like Global Time Off, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices, Display Profiles, Leave/Absence Setup, and Attendance
