How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact? We're seeking a Finance BP Manager to oversee our Nordic finance operations. In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a team of 4 Finance Business Partners and a Nordic Credit Manager. Ensure full statutory and tax compliance for our 5 Nordic legal entities. Drive efficient collaboration with our Business Service Center (BSC). Coordinate and manage all audit activities. Act as the primary contact for insurance and legal matters across the Nordic region.Financial closing; the group & statutory reporting in time Tax compliance in Nordics (VAT, Income tax, Transfer pricing) Support legal entities in any accounting tax questions Support internal control compliance Lead local audits and ensure the companies governance Leading interaction towards BSC (Business Service Center): Develop meeting structure

/ issue resolution approach with ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services) Ensure ALEBS performance and KPIs are in place and regularly followed up and actions taken as needed. Set the common areas to improve with ALEBS Team performance Review task and time allocation of the team Assess and design split of activities by person

Develop working methods and tools

___________________Are you a MATCH? Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of accounting expertise, ideally gained in audit firms or similar dynamic environments. You're a pro at accounting methods Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in an international setting Basic knowledge of SAP (Hana preferred and proficiency in consolidation tools Team player who excels at managing demanding deadlines Fluent in Swedish, other Nordic languages is a plus.
