ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in our team, impacting the development of Evolabel's
marketing efforts and optimizing our digital presence.

This role requires a high level of customer interaction and internal collaboration to drive projects from concept to execution.

In addition to your digital marketing responsibilities, you will create graphic marketing materials and provide tailored support to our resellers based on their specific needs. You will also work closely with the sales department, developing marketing materials that strengthen our business, attract customers, and contribute to the company's growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and enhance the website's content and structure
• Working with SEO and digital advertising
• Plan, create, and optimize digital campaigns and newsletters
• Create and customize graphic materials for web, social media, print, and events
• Design brochures, catalogs, and exhibition materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
• Managing and analyze digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms
• Coordinate and optimize social media content
• Assist in maintaining brand identity and ensuring a consistent visual identity
• Assist in creating basic video content for social media and the web

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will work closely with and report to Evolabel's CMO.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in the role of Digital Marketing Manager at Evolabel, you should have a broad expertise in digital marketing and graphic production, as well as a solid understanding of business development. You are analytical, structured, and possess a strong ability to transform data and insights into effective marketing actions.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, digital advertising, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of managing and developing websites, preferably with experience in WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
• Practical experience in creating marketing materials, both digital and print, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Experience with social media and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to handle analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and website optimization.
• Experience in video production, including basic editing for social media and the web, is a plus.

Since we operate in an international market and all communication and marketing materials are in English, fluency in both written and spoken English is required. To verify this, an English language test is included in the recruitment process.
