This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the HR Manager where will join the positive and driven HR team. Together, we shape Haglöfs' culture, support leaders, and create an environment where people can grow. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork are at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain HR systems, personnel records, contracts, and organizational data with accuracy, structure, and compliance.
Support HR reporting and compile key HR and recruitment metrics.
Support managers throughout the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and offboarding.
Lead the Haglöfs Engagement Group and coordinate initiatives and events that strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience.
Act as a Simployer superuser and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR systems and processes.
Act as a service-oriented point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance, preparing materials, and supporting day-to-day HR needs.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and administrative routines
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent HR-related studies.
Experience in an administrative, coordination, or service-oriented role; HR experience is a plus.
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar is a plus.
Strong interest in HR operations, recruitment support, process development, and employer branding.
Being the driving force of planning and executing events and culture-building initiatives.
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Experience in the recruitment tool Jobylon and HR system Simployer is a plus.
Passion for the outdoors and appreciation for an active, performance-driven lifestyle
Fluent in English verbal and written
This is a role for you who loves to learn, take initiative, and to grow your HR skills while working in a thriving, performance-driven outdoor company with a strong team spirit and a genuine passion for what we do.
This role is based at our Stockholm office in Alvik. In late 2026, we will move to our new unique HQ office in the vibrant area - Slakthusområdet.
We are currently exploring the greatest playground ever made and will review applications in mid January.
