- Coordination & Administration: Lead the end-to-end coordination, administration, and follow up of all internal and external learning activities – ensuring high quality, structure, and efficiency in every step.
- Enabling Growth: Act as a trusted expert and go-to partner for managers and co-workers on learning and development matters. Provide structure, guidance and insights that empower others to learn, grow, and perform.
We are looking for
To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment and translate business needs into smart, scalable learning solutions that truly work in practice.
- Operational Business Acumen: You have at least two years of full-time experience from an operational, client-facing role within Academic Work. This experience is a mandatory requirement, as it provides you with a solid understanding of our commercial logic, performance culture, and the day-to-day challenges of our business. A deep understanding of our culture, way of working, and learning conditions is essential to design learning initiatives that are both practical and truly impactful.
- Stakeholder Navigation & Drive: You have a proven ability from a professional experience to independently drive initiatives from idea to implementation, even in a fast-paced environment where key stakeholders – such as Branch Managers and Team Managers – have competing priorities. You know how to create engagement, build alignment, and move things forward despite differing perspectives and everyday operational demands.
- Passion for Progress: You show a genuine passion for workplace learning and have taken self-initiated actions to develop yourself, your team, or colleagues. This includes a curiosity to explore new methods and tools, such as AI-supported solutions – to improve how we learn and grow.
