In this role, you will be joining the analytics platform team working closely with both engineers building our freight management platform for electric transport and business analysts creating analyses, reports and dashboards. We are looking for an enthusiastic, humble and creative Analytics Engineer who is passionate about creating simple, beautiful and helpful solutions to empower the transport industry to go electric.

Being tech savvy is only a part of the job description, as one of our first Analytics Engineers we also expect you to elevate our Analytics Engineering practice to the next level and educate business stakeholders in data modeling and tooling that will empower them to do their jobs more efficiently. Together with business analysts, data scientists and data engineers across the organization, you will design and implement metrics and features to enable internal reporting and analysis, as well as development of our analytics-driven products. You will be the go-to person for questions regarding dashboard design and data visualization.

You Will

• Work with business stakeholders to understand and predict their needs in terms of datasets and dashboards
• Design and implement metrics to enable analysis, assess business performance, and improve our analytics-driven products
• Design data models and build reliable pipelines together with our Data Engineers
• Support business analysts in design and development of dashboards
• Continuously evaluate analytics frameworks and business intelligence tools

We Expect You To Have

• Passion for high data quality and scaling analytics work
• Strong skills in SQL and cloud data warehousing
• Solid experience in end-to-end development with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
• Experience in schema design and dimensional data modeling

Ideally You Also Bring

• Experience with an ETL framework like dbt
• Experience in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• An eye for design when it comes to dashboards and visualization tools
• Good understanding of predictive modeling

This position is full-time and based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We recommend you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.
