TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

TOTEME is looking for a Junior Buyer to join our Stockholm team full-time. This role supports the global Buying team with administrative tasks that are essential to the daily operations of our product and stock flow. You will contribute by pulling data, analyzing performance and preparing key documents that support buying decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop within buying. You will report to the Merchandising Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pull and organize sales, stock and performance reports.
  • Analyze weekly performance, including sales results and stock movements.
  • Support basic replenishment processes and raise re-orders as needed.
  • Assist in managing stock flows to ensure timely product availability.
  • Prepare, format and maintain key documents, presentations and meeting materials.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University-level education in business, economics, merchandising, fashion management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role (e.g., Buying Assistant or Merchandising Assistant) or internship experience in a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers, including pulling, organizing, and analyzing data.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with accuracy in administrative tasks and document preparation.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good commercial understanding and interest in products, trends, and customer behavior.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
