Do you want to work in a global company with high ambitions? We are now looking for a Senior HR Generalist who wants to help build sustainable HR structures in an international organization experiencing strong growth.

About the role

In this role, you will be part of the HR team in Sweden. You will work closely with the business in a dynamic and international environment, supporting managers locally while collaborating with global functions. The role combines operational HR work with the development of processes that create stability and support the business. HR plays a key role in the company's growth journey by attracting, developing, and retaining skills and talent.

Your responsibilities: 

• Act as a business-oriented and trusted HR partner to managers
• Lead and participate in union negotiations
• Coach managers in leadership, labor law, and people-related matters during change
• Handle employee relations cases in an international and fast-paced environment
• Be responsible for contact with the payroll provider and ensure efficient and accurate payroll processes
• Work with Compensation & Benefits and handle some payroll administration
• Manage HR administration such as drafting contracts, registering data in HR systems, and reporting
• Participate in recruitment processes
• Build and develop processes and ways of working that meet both local and global requirements
• You are structured, solution-oriented, flexible, and comfortable with change

Who we are looking for

• You have min 7 years of experience in a broad HR role
• You are confident in union relations and negotiations
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You have strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• You thrive in an international context and enjoy collaborating across borders
• You have a coaching approach and a clear business focus
• You are structured, solution-oriented, flexible, and comfortable with change
