Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process Ownership: Ensure robust and efficient manufacturing processes supporting both production and development needs.
  • Operational Support:Develop clear instructions and routines for daily operation; train technicians on tools and procedures.
  • Process Control: Monitor processes to ensure stability, repeatability, and consistent quality. Use SPC and data-driven methods to detect deviations and support continuous improvement.
  • Process Qualification:Lead qualification of new processes and tools through test plans, evaluations, and in-line analysis
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, instructions, and documentation to support manufacturing, process development and decision-making.

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Science, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production, project management, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in the electro-optical or semiconductor industry is an advantage.

Skills

  • Proven leadership capabilities to manage external and internal production teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and contract manufacturers.
  • Analytical and structured approach to process management and improvement.
  • Fluent English; Swedish proficiency is an advantage.
