Senior Data Analyst

Who you are

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product data analyst to contribute their expertise and shape the direction of data & analytics at Oneflow. To succeed in this role we believe that you are a problem solver with a can do attitude and a passion for analytics, growth and product. You have probably worked in a similar role for a few years, preferably at a SaaS company.

Although crunching numbers, building dbt models and solving problems might be closest to your heart, you're probably also excited about spreading the data gospel, increasing data literacy in the business and testing new ways to get things done.

What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into user behavior, customer acquisition, and product performance.
• Work closely with product and business team members to define and develop key metrics, measuring performance and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain data products (dashboards, dbt models, datasets, reports...) to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, implement and analyze experiments to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate collection and validation of relevant data.

Skills we are looking for

• Experience with SQL (dbt is a big plus)
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar.
• Experience defining actionable KPIs and building metric frameworks for product and business teams.
• Experience working with developers/data engineers to secure high data quality and relevance.
• Understands the critical role of data governance in BI tools and works closely with data engineers and analysts and stakeholders to maintain clean, trusted data models and consistent dashboards.
• The ambition and courage to challenge our ways of working, tech stack and other areas.
• Baking skills are a plus - we take our team Fikas seriously every other week
