Your New Role 

In this role as SE-Manager QA/QS, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality across products, raw materials, media and manufacturing processes at our Uppsala site. You will act as Process Owner for key quality processes including Release, Document Control, Change Control, Training, and Labeling.

You will oversee resource and operational planning for the local Quality Assurance team and ensure that robust quality systems and controls are in place to monitor critical processes. Your responsibilities also include reviewing and approving quality system documentation, non-conformities, and changes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and GMP standards for global markets.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 
  • Experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability in reviewing and approving quality documentation
  • Experience in managing deviations and change control processes
  • Leadership and/or coordination experience within QA/QS functions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
