About the job
As part of our PMO, you'll lead cross-functional projects that drive some of the company's most important Strategic Initiatives.
Your work may involve launching new partnerships or business lines, rolling out company-wide initiatives, optimizing internal processes, or developing innovative new products.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and PMO (within the Commercial organization) and collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders across the business — as well as with external partners.
If you're passionate about travel and technology and want to make an impact in a leading international company, this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive real business impact.
- Build solid business cases and turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Use data to uncover insights and help shape smarter decisions.
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across teams, departments, and external partners.
- Lead projects end-to-end — from idea and planning to delivery and optimisation.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and translate them into concrete requirements and solutions.
- Partner closely with CxOs and project sponsors to set up and deliver high-priority initiatives.
- Support business development efforts and help establish new external partnerships when needed.
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting or a Big Four accounting firm.
- Experience in e-commerce, business development, or scale-up environments is considered an asset.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to structure, lead, and deliver projects from start to finish.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail, quick learning ability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to turning findings into business actions.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and define product or process requirements.
- Solid foundation in agile methodologies within large organizations.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology, APIs, and technical terminology.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or Google Workspace equivalents).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Fast learner who quickly grasps new contexts and contributes effectively to project organization and delivery.
- Independent, resourceful, and flexible — able to prioritize and thrive in ambiguity.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Creative, persistent, and positive personality with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
