Your Role
As a Consultant and Adobe Journey Optimizer expert, you will contribute to building, customizing, and maintaining digital experiences with AJO. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. You will be utilizing your strong experience in the digital marketing and customer experience domain. This client-facing role requires understanding and aligning with client needs and hands-on experience in AJO.

Your Profile

  • Expert in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for B2C campaigns, including building complex journeys and email setups.
  • Ability to create custom solutions and integrations and work with AJO APIs.
  • Knowledge of personalized offer decisioning using Offer Decisioning Service (ODS) and Experience Decisioning (EXD).
  • Experience collaborating with business teams to define and deliver AJO use cases.
  • AJO certifications (Business Practitioner or Developer) and familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) are a big plus.
  • Banking domain experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the Nordic region as visiting clients' offices is expected.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is a plus and candidates based in Sweden will be prioritized.
