Office Manager

I'm looking for a high-energy, driven and ambitious Office Manager & HR Coordinator who wants to grow fast and make real impact. This role is built for a person who is hungry to learn, loves taking ownership and gets excited by both people and tech.
The OpportunityYou'll work closely with me as HR Manager and be right in the middle of our journey. This is not a "sit and observe" role — you'll do, own, improve and build.
Office Management is the core focus but since we're a fintech company you'll also own technical onboarding and offboarding. That means making sure every employee has a seamless start (and finish) — from systems and access to people experience.
As we scale, your responsibilities and impact will scale with you.
What You'll OwnOwn the day-to-day office experience and make sure everything runs smoothly
Be the go-to person for all office-related matters
Create a welcoming, energetic and well-functioning office environment
Coordinate office supplies, vendors and services
Support office routines, structure and continuous improvements
Help create an office atmosphere where people enjoy coming to work
Support internal events, team activities and employee initiatives
Identify what's missing, broken or inefficient — and fix it
Coordinate office-related tech, equipment and employee setup
Ensure new hires have a smooth, fully equipped first day — no friction
Drive HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Run onboarding and offboarding — people, systems and structure
Handle basic IT coordination: access, tools, equipment and system setup
Keep HR data, documentation and processes sharp and clean
Support recruitment and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Be a key energy-carrier in the office and contribute to a strong people culture
Preferably a recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources
Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic — you don't wait to be told
A natural self-starter who enjoys responsibility and ownership
Structured, detail-oriented and proud of delivering quality
Passionate about HR and building a long-term career in the field is a plus
Curious about tech and comfortable working with systems and digital tools
Fluent in English
