We are KPMG's advisory team specializing in the financial services sector (e.g. banks, insurers, wealth managers, and associated companies). Our team of Management Consultants - change agents, business developers, and subject matter experts - are united by agile, delivery-focused, and inclusive ways of working. Together with our clients, we work to change the financial services sector for the better.

We provide transformational capabilities in complex and strategic areas within Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology, as well as in sector-specific domains such as Payments and Claims. We support our clients in change initiatives covering system and regulatory implementations, sustainability, AI, integrations and separations, cost reductions, and efficiency improvements, as well as project and program management. We challenge, develop, and elevate our clients to deliver long-lasting value. Regardless of the objective - digitalization, profitability, sustainability, or innovation - we are the transformation partner for financial services.

Our team is primarily based in Stockholm and Malmö.

What do we offer?

During your first years at KPMG, you will be a part of our advisory-wide learning and development program. In the program, you will acquire knowledge about all business sectors, industry trends and KPMG's key clients. You will learn about our tools and methods, gain deep knowledge about our capabilities and delivery models, while also improving your leadership and sales skills. Together with other KPMG colleagues you will be working on exciting client engagements, and you will get a mentor and a dedicated performance manager supporting you in your career.

We are looking for high performing and talented team players who are recent/to be graduates. More specifically, we want you to have:

• Preferably a master's degree in business, IT, engineering, law, or a comparable field. We also welcome candidates with other relevant educational backgrounds or equivalent experience

• A business, and digital mindset

• Excellent communication skills
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English is required, Swedish is an advantage)
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent grades from studies
• Genuine interest in the financial services sector
• You are a team player
• We also value international experiences, prior work experiences as well as other engagements and achievements indicating personal drive, ambition, and passion
