About the Role:

Pebbl, a pioneer in climate technology, seeks a Marketing Lead to develop and implement our marketing strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the narrative of a category-defining climate tech company and contribute to its growth.

Pebbl is a founder-led start-up that utilizes innovative technology to permanently sequester CO2 and repurpose it into essential products. Our mission is to accelerate the natural process of CO2 mineralization by a factor of a million and make it ready for scale-up. We are backed by supportive investors and feature a diverse team of experts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Lead Marketing Team: Supervise and support the daily execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
  3. Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring successful collaboration and adherence to timelines.
  4. Marketing Documentation: Maintain and analyze marketing documentation, processes, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with internal standards.
  5. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing initiatives and materials.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging, content strategy, and marketing campaign execution.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in content creation, management, and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, compelling content (native or bilingual proficiency).
  • Content Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in building and managing content workflows, processes, and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • CRM and CMS Experience: Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, WordPress).
  • Marketing Tool Management: Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or Canva to create engaging marketing materials. Experience with marketing automation tools and AI-driven technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality in all marketing activities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in B2B technology, impact, or climate tech industries, with an understanding of industry-specific marketing challenges and trends.
  • Industrial/Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments, and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to these sectors.
  • Performance Marketing Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of paid media, metrics, and optimization strategies.
