About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence and innovation across our organization.

As an IT Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for defining the IT transformation strategy, creating and maintaining an IT transformation roadmap, and establishing an agile organization and governance structure.

You will work closely with common and regional IT services management teams to make decisions on IT sourcing objects and lead IT transformation initiatives to ensure they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT transformation strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain an IT transformation roadmap, ensuring consistency with the long-term organizational vision.
  • Establish an agile organization and governance structure, streamlining the country IT service catalog.
  • Lead IT transformation initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Support key stakeholders in transformation initiatives, including M&A and site projects.
  • Identify technological opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
  • Lead change management processes, communicating transformation goals and providing training to support teams throughout the change process.
Requirements
  • Experience in agile and servant leadership, with a background in IT infrastructure and provision of IT services.
  • Knowledge of IT service management, project management, and agile way of working.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a service and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in product-led organization and services, management and cooperation with suppliers, financial management, and IT service management.
