As Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs (Nordics), you will drive regulatory excellence across new product registrations, line extensions, and new indications and claims. You will ensure compliance for all products with local regulations and quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Regulatory Affairs team to achieve regulatory excellence in alignment with business objectives.
  2. Develop and manage direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver affiliate regulatory objectives.
  3. Coordinate, compile, and submit new drug applications, cosmetics, medical devices, food supplements or any similar product to regulatory agencies within geographical and/or brand area of responsibility.
  4. Represent Kenvue with relevant regulatory agencies and industry & professional associations as required.
  5. Represent the Regulatory Affairs function in Cluster functional and business Leadership teams.

Qualifications

We require a candidate with a relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher and 8+ years related regulatory experience. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate and express concepts clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing.

A high level of interpersonal skills is required to build effective personal networks internally and externally. A strong sense of ownership, willingness to be held accountable and rewarded for delivering results, is essential.
