Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Handler to join our team in Lund, Sweden. As an Order Handler, you will play a critical role in our semi-complex orders, handling everything from receiving orders through the supply chain to delivering to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, warehouses, and business units to resolve semi-complex orders
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Utilize ERP systems, such as Jeeves or Microsoft Dynamics, to manage orders and inventory
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and sustainability

Requirements

  • Supply chain experience and knowledge, with a focus on process improvements
  • Active involvement in problem-solving and capturing lessons learned
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics processes, and lean project methodology
  • Intermediate Swedish and advanced English language proficiency
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (nice to have)
