Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team in Lund, Sweden. As an Order Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our semi-complex orders from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Jeeves or Microsoft Dynamics
• Intermediate Swedish and Advanced English language proficiency
