As a Client Coordinator at Marsh, you will be part of the Operations team in Stockholm, Sweden. The team handles administrative tasks related to insurance matters of clients and supports business colleagues in their daily servicing of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the renewal of small and mid-size clients
  • Handling the renewal of some facility policies
  • Handling the ongoing service, renewal, and tendering of motor fleet policies of clients
  • Supporting client executives in building and formatting reports and presentations for clients
  • Maintenance of client information
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the shared service centre in Poland around invoicing, document intake, and archiving

Requirements:

  • Education at minimum Bachelor level
  • Work experience from a similar position within the insurance or broker industry
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel
  • Flair for IT systems

  • A hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week, allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis
