Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our finance functions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, with a strong background in AP/AR/GL/T&E.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
