Job Description

As a Software Engineering Team Lead at Instabee, you'll be responsible for managing two to three self-organizing teams. Your primary goal will be to support these teams in achieving their objectives, both individually and collectively. You'll work closely with peers who share your vision for continuous improvement and efficiency within our engineering department.

Your tasks will include:

  • Establishing or improving ways of working and new processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Building, leading, and growing our engineering teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Developing smooth onboarding and training programs for new team members.
  • Facilitating cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Cultivating coaching and mentoring skills to help team members improve their impact and delivery.
  • Identifying and resolving problems proactively in our fast-paced environment.
  • Promoting a culture of dedication, collaboration, and mutual respect, while encouraging fun and camaraderie.

We're seeking someone with 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in agile environments. You should be eager to take on new challenges, develop your leadership skills, and collaborate with your teams to drive business value efficiently.
