About the Role
The Project Leader position at IKEA Älmhult AB is focused on leading and facilitating projects and initiatives within The Museum of Furniture Studies. This includes ensuring the establishment and further development of the museum in Älmhult, as well as developing the museum's programme offer.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and great long-term relationships. You will lead project teams, coordinate people to perform and deliver through our company values, and keep track of scope, time, costs, and applicable delivery methods and tools.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and a drive to resolve issues. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize, take decisions, and delegate while leading with our company values.
