About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Small and Medium Caliber Ammunition (SMCA) business unit as a Program Director. As a key member of the SMCA Sweden management team, you will be responsible for driving the business forward through strategic decision-making, product development, and stakeholder engagement.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision.
