Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the small caliber ammunition portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product planning and project evaluation
- Ensure effective budget management and profitability of the business area's products
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product development process
- Possess a well-developed commercial mindset and technical knowledge
- Have experience working in a similar role with a strong understanding of product strategy and planning
- Exhibit excellent leadership skills, including the ability to take ownership and act in the best interests of the business
- Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing
