As a Quality Assurance Lead, you'll be a key part of the Quality team who contributes directly to Götgatan's Operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure quality standards are met across global sites while driving ongoing production improvements in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.

Götgatan recirculates hundreds of thousands of preloved items every week. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to strengthen our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to explore and develop Sellpy's ad quality.
  • Monitor quality targets and create an understanding of deviant patterns.
  • Work with international production sites and their local quality teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine internal tools and systems for large-scale production.
  • Use tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Excel to analyze operational and customer data and inform decision-making.
Requirements:

The Quality Team is looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to strengthen our dynamic team.   • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in business or another related field.
  • Earlier experience in analyzing large sets of data and understanding complex business cases.
  • Demonstrated skills to put ideas into action.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other data tools.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language.

  • Experience in quality assurance in either tech or production processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postgres or BigQuery.
