Key Responsibilities

  • Claims Management
    • Support and administration of claims made under the global programs (General and Product Liability, Cargo, Employers Liability, D&O, Crime and Business Travel)
    • Assist claims adjustors in the claims adjustment process
    • Administer and train users of our global claims and risk management system 'Origami'
  • Insurance
    • Support in collecting information for renewals of our global insurance programs (value collection for property programs, assist in calculation of business interruption values for local units, other information collection processes, etc.)
    • Provide information and training to local units about existing insurances and their policies
    • Place and support local policies
  • Loss Prevention
    • Support setting up Blue Risk loss prevention visits in local factories and distribution centers
    • Support follow-up of implementation of Blue Risk loss prevention recommendations at local units
    • Participate in product safety advisory councils for your business area
    • Work with multiple internal departments to effectively and efficiently address product liability claims

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of claims management experience
  • General knowledge of insurance coverage and processes
  • Knowledge of loss prevention processes is desirable
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • Any form of insurance certification is considered a valuable merit
  • Fluency in English, written as well as verbal

Position Details
