The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic individual to supercharge our compliance program. As a Cybersecurity Compliance Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering teamwork and driving innovation within the organization. You will lead and coordinate actions related to various cybersecurity laws and regulations, maintaining our commitment to top-notch cybersecurity compliance and protecting our organization while enhancing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Compliance Program Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating actions related to various cybersecurity laws and regulations, maintaining our commitment to top-notch cybersecurity compliance, and protecting our organization while enhancing operational excellence. You will work closely with teams located in Asia, Europe, and North America and occasionally travel for meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, along with prior work experience in IT or cybersecurity compliance. Proficiency in English with solid verbal and written communication skills is essential. Familiarity with international organizations and diverse personalities and cultures is also desirable.
