About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading diverse projects related to offshore wind developments primarily in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of our scope by steering subject matter experts, coordinating and reviewing work products.
  • Complete projects for offshore wind farms around the globe along the entire project lifecycle, developing practical solutions to multifaceted challenges.
  • Support an array of client types (e.g., project developers, sellers, lenders, governments, and non-governmental organizations) to successfully deliver offshore wind-related projects globally.
  • Get involved with potential projects already in the proposal stage, delivering scope and cost inputs to potential projects.
  • Work on different packages depending on the needs of the specific assignment.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with a Master's degree or other advanced degree. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and/or operation within a project developer organization or in an Owner's Engineer role within the relevant field is required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Profound industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
  • Experience in negotiating complex construction contracts.
  • High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required.
