We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team in the Nordics Region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who wants to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new logos and growing relationships with existing partners and customers. They will work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans, implement tactical sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.

This role requires a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously with a high level of ethic and responsibility.

About the Role

  • Revenue achievement through setting and implementing strategic plans to address named customer needs
  • Tactical sales plans to work on key client projects and close deals on time
  • Forecasting revenue growth and building a solid partner ecosystem
  • Achieving quarterly and yearly License, Cloud, and Services revenue
  • Signing new logos and generating new opportunities through marketing initiatives

About You

  • Strong general business culture, industry trends, enterprise organization, department roles
  • Passionate about developing long-term & high-level customer & partner relations
  • Expert to achieve revenue goals with measurable and ambitious indicators
  • Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner, and support teams
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B Software Solution Sales to Large Enterprises
