Your Role
You will lead the newly established Third-Party Risk Management Services (TPRMS) team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our third-party risk management practices. As Head of TPRMS, you will set the strategic direction for the team, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Your leadership will be essential in establishing a high-performing team culture, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability across all third-party risk management processes.

Main Responsibilities
As Head of TPRMS, your key responsibilities will include:
  • B building and leading the TPRMS team into a trusted partner across SEB
  • d developing and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement in our TPRM process and framework
  • e ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • p partnering with key stakeholders to ensure first-line accountability for third-party risks
  • r providing strategic oversight on risk appetite statements and key risk indicators (KRIs)
  • c collaborating with senior management and regulatory authorities to ensure regular updates on TPRM activities and KRIs

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • S strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
  • a least 7 years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, procurement, compliance, or related fields in a regulated industry
  • p roven leadership experience with a track record of team management and goal alignment
  • n experience implementing and overseeing third-party risk frameworks across ICT and non-ICT arrangements
  • d demonstrated ability to improve processes and evolve the TPRM framework to meet emerging challenges
  • n experience working with senior management and regulatory bodies on risk-related matters
  • n str ong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across Divisions, Subsidiaries, Group Functions, and second-line functions
