Kvalifikationer

För att vara aktuell för denna tjänst behöver du ha arbetat minst fem år brett inom HR-området inklusive operativt med rekrytering. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med utveckling av rekryteringsprocesser utifrån olika behov såsom chefs-, medarbetar- och specialistrekrytering, mängdrekrytering med mera. Du har gedigen kunskap om och förståelse för rekrytering som en del av ett bredare kompetensförsörjningsarbete inom hela anställningslivscykeln.

Arbetsplatsen

HR-avdelningen på stadskontoret ansvarar för arbetet med policy-, strategi- och utvecklingsfrågor, uppföljning och utvärdering inom HR- och arbetsgivarområdet för Malmö stad som helhet. Vi ansvarar för systemstöd inom HR, bereder ärenden till Kommunstyrelsen och dess arbetsgivarutskott samt ansvarar för kommuncentral samverkan.
