At Lendo, we're building a cutting-edge MarTech team and we need your expertise to help us scale our operations.

As a Backend Developer on our MarTech team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing microservices that enable seamless integrations with key marketing technologies such as Braze, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our MarTech systems while collaborating closely with specialists to deliver best-practice, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance our organization's marketing operations.

We believe you have at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend and API integrations and a proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure microservices. You are proficient in Python and comfortable with deployments to Google Cloud Platform, and we expect you to be familiar with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery.

Our ideal candidate is a problem solver with good rhetoric and people skills who is comfortable explaining technical concepts in English in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
