We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing and Sales Expert to join our team at Beyond Retail. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and loyalty across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel customer retention campaigns to increase user engagement and product adoption.
  • Manage and produce regular customer communications about new features, product enhancements, and upsell opportunities.
  • Follow-up on retention metrics and initiate action plans where needed based on data.
  • Produce content along the full customer and user journey to ensure a good experience (e.g. product information materials, product update communication, on-demand webinars etc).
  • Ensure product update and upsell opportunity communications are delivered effectively across relevant channels, such as newsletters, customer portals, or other digital touchpoints.
  • Be responsible for NPS and reporting.
  • Develop strategies to identify and nurture customer advocates, encouraging testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts for deeper engagement and support.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer engagement activities and email marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of communications and engagement activities.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong relationship-building skills across teams.
