At Incluso, we are seeking a seasoned Global Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing targeted strategies that drive productivity and growth.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic HR work for Technology & Innovation and sales Sweden, with a focus on fostering an inclusive culture and driving organizational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with senior business leaders to develop strategies that align with overall business goals.
  2. Providing expert advice and coaching on people matters to address current and future challenges.
  3. Coordinating and driving divisional D&I work, including developing clear objectives and fostering an inclusive culture.
  4. Driving talent management and supporting managers in building a talent pipeline.
  5. Identifying and building capabilities and competences to ensure future competitiveness.
  6. Coaching and inspiring leaders and management teams on HR issues linked to business and HR strategies.
  7. Acting as a sounding board for line managers and providing feedback on leadership behaviors and management decisions.
  8. Leading strategic HR and business projects across functions and multiple countries/regions.
  9. Leveraging HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, change management experience, and a proven track record of leadership success.

A Master's degree in HRM, psychology, or a related field is required, along with fluency in both Swedish and English.
