In-House Attorney

As a qualified attorney, you will contribute to the success of Concentrix's legal operations by providing strategic guidance and support to local business leaders and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing high-quality legal advice on company law matters, including corporate governance and document registration.
2. Drafting and negotiating client and supplier agreements, considering both national and international regulations.
3. Addressing Labour Law inquiries related to employee terminations, contract modifications, and dispute resolution.
4. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, focusing on data processing agreements and transfer of personal data.
5. Contributing to the implementation of ISO 27001 certification and maintaining accurate records within the contract management system.

1. Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institution.
2. Demonstrated experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably with a strong background in company law and data protection.
3. Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. International legal experience or multicultural jurisdiction expertise is highly desirable.
