About the Role

  • Proactively lead and independently manage the legal aspects of M&A transactions in different jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and other advisors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide legal advice to senior decision-makers throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&A lawyer in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
  • LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification from a reputed university/law school.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Highly organized, motivated, result-driven, and a dynamic team player with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
