We are seeking a Distribution Center Assistant to join our team in Örebro.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to a mix of warehouse and office tasks to optimize operations.
  2. Work closely with customs clearance teams and sub-contractors to identify shipments and retrieve necessary information.
  3. Support sorting and scanning procedures to ensure efficiency.
  4. Be responsible for customs procedures and locating individual shipments.
  5. Act as a liaison between the warehouse, support agents, sub-contractors, and off-site colleagues to facilitate communication.
  6. Familiarize yourself with scanning status updates and systems.
