Procurement Consultant for Digital Security Services

Belmontlavan is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Consultant to lead our digital security services procurement project. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in public procurement, IT and digitalization, and welfare technology.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies for digital security services and welfare technology projects.
- Lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including stakeholders and suppliers.
- Manage communication, risk analysis, and customer dialogues.
- Carry out utility calculations, develop procurement documents, and compile tender documents.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and digitalization, with a focus on welfare technology in the public sector.
- Proven track record of leading public procurement projects, with in-depth knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
- Experience in running procurement projects within welfare technology, with a focus on digital security services.
- Knowledge of digital technology that aims to maintain or increase safety, activity, participation, or independence for individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be required to work on a part-time basis, with a minimum of 75% and a maximum of 150% of full-time hours. The assignment will start in September 2024 and will be valid for 18 months, with the option to extend for an additional 3 x 6 months.
The work will be carried out from Belmontlavan's office in Stockholm, with occasional travel to Adda's office in Stockholm as required.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a sample contract and a reference assignment as part of their application.
