Our Quality Assurance department plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products, from development to production. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a difference in people's health.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the quality status of products
- Coordinating with commercial teams for customer-facing activities
- Reviewing batch documentation and releasing bulk and intermediates
- Handling deviations, out-of-specification results, change controls, and complaints
- Developing and reviewing quality documentation
- Providing GMP support to other departments
Requirements:
- A strong passion for quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An appetite for driving process improvements
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail
- Comfort offering solutions and clarity in ambiguous situations
- A relevant academic degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and verbal)
