To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of ICT systems, processes, and security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate complex risks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or cybersecurity.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ICT risk management, cybersecurity, or operational risk, preferably in the financial services industry.

Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
